Withdrawal / Service Cancellation

If a participant requests to withdraw or cancel a registered service, the procedures and charges (if any) will be handled in accordance with the terms stated in the relevant service leaflets and brochures. For details, please contact our staff. If the participant paid via the online payment system, we will charge 2.5% of the total fee as a bank handling charge.

Notices we give to you may be delivered by email or regular mail. We may, but are not obliged to, provide notice of changes to the Terms of Use or other matters by posting announcements on this website or through the usual means by which this website communicates with you.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”). You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

Chinese Version

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of the Terms of Use, the English version shall prevail.
